Hello Music Lovers,
We are still auditioning people for the lead guitar position in the playboy’s band.
It’s very difficult because Jerry Johnson set the bar so high that it hard to find
someone to fill his shoes.
The February Trivia question is which artist had a song on the “Billboard Country Charts” every week from 1982 thru 2002? Of course that would be George Strait.

I went to the GACWSMA meeting 14th of February for the first time in about 5 years.
It was sure good to see a lot of my old friends and get up and sang a few songs.
We are making plans now for our annual trip to Turkey, TX for the Bob Wills Days.
If you haven’t ever been there you are sure missing a good time.
We sure had a great time at the Raven Café in January. We had our regular special guest Bix Glidden on the fiddle. Bix and Ray did a new number where each of them plays a different song at the same time. The songs are Bill Bailey and Just Because. They will probably get a request for that again this month.
So get your dqancing shoes on and come out and listen and dance with us.
